At MEGA SIGN PTE LTD, we are committed to delivering your signage products efficiently and securely. Currently, we offer shipping within Singapore only. Most orders are fulfilled within 3–5 working days after artwork confirmation and payment, depending on stock availability and production load.

For items that require customisation, such as lightboxes with personalized graphics or sizing, our team will reach out after your order to confirm artwork and finalize production timelines. Delivery will be arranged once your sign is ready. We offer free delivery for all online orders within Singapore unless otherwise stated.

If you prefer, self-collection can also be arranged at our workshop located at 1079 Eunos Ave 7 #01-165, Singapore 409582. Please wait for our team to confirm collection timing before coming down.

All products are thoroughly inspected before dispatch. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly. If the error is on our part, we will replace the item or rectify it at no additional cost to you.

Due to the custom-made nature of most signage products, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has begun. Please ensure that all specifications, measurements, and artwork are correct before final confirmation.
