1 In General
You may access this website for personal or business use related to our products and services. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify the site, its content, or its features at any time without notice. Your access may be restricted or suspended temporarily or permanently if we suspect abuse or misuse.
2 Orders & Artwork
When you place an order, it is deemed as an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to confirmation and stock availability. Upon successful payment, our team will contact you to confirm the design or artwork. You are responsible for providing the correct and final files for printing. Once production begins, changes cannot be made, and no refunds will be issued for incorrect submissions.
3 Pricing
All product prices listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected. Pricing includes fabrication but excludes installation unless explicitly stated on the product page.
4 Payment
Payments are processed securely through HitPay, which supports PayNow, Apple Pay, GrabPay, and other local methods. An order is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Any failed or incomplete transactions will not result in order fulfilment.
5 Shipping & Collection
You may choose between local delivery and self-collection at checkout. For delivery, we will coordinate a suitable date and time with you once your order is ready. Delivery is available within Singapore only. For self-collection, instructions will be provided once production is completed.2 Orders & Artwork

6 Returns & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of signage, all sales are final and non-refundable. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Approved cancellations will be refunded via the original payment method. If there are manufacturing defects, please notify us within 3 days of receipt along with clear photos.
7 Intellectual Property
All website content, product designs, templates, and branding belong to MEGA SIGN PTE LTD unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, reuse, or distribute any part of our content without written permission. Uploads or designs submitted by you remain your property, but we assume you hold the necessary rights to use them.
8 Limitation of Liability
We do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our products or website. Any issues with your order must be brought to our attention within 3 days of receipt. MEGA SIGN shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, force majeure, or inaccurate design submissions.
Entire Agreement The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and MEGA SIGN PTE LTD. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of MEGA SIGN PTE LTD.
